By using OTDCheck, you agree to these terms. OTDCheck provides automotive market intelligence for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of pricing, recall, or dealer data.
Service Description
OTDCheck provides free access to VIN price checks, NHTSA recall cross-referencing, dealer behavior scores, and market trend data. Pro and Enterprise tiers provide API access at higher volumes.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Vehicle pricing, recall status, and dealer scores are based on publicly available data collected through automated processes. While we strive for accuracy, data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify critical information (especially recall status) directly with the NHTSA at nhtsa.gov/recalls before making a purchase decision.
API Usage
API users must comply with rate limits for their plan tier. Reselling raw API data without transformation is prohibited. API keys are personal and must not be shared.
Limitation of Liability
OTDCheck is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
